Dear Amazon Seller Support Team:
We used a third-party product promotion club to give away our product and asked for honest reviews afterward.
We obviously violated Amazon's terms of service. Selling on Amazon is a privilege, not a right, and if we get permanently banned from Amazon that is 100% our fault. It's our job to play by the rules and focus on creating an amazing customer experience.
The issue was we are a new company and didn't have enough reviews, so we gave free products in order to get this started. This was stupid because we've gotten a bunch of genuine, amazing reviews from users that paid full price. We have a great product, but we tried to add on a bunch of unnecessary, disingenuous ones. This was stupid. Just focusing on amazing customer experience is a much better idea. Going forward, this will be the only thing we focus on.
We have not used a 3rd party product giveaway club since the first email you sent us, but because of the error of the third party products promotion club , they did not stop it as soon as possible which result in the bad consequence. we are willing to delete all of the reviews which we got from the wrong way. Those reviews are on attachment.

12. We will fully study the amazon review policy, and we are really sorry previously we do not study it thoroughly, in the future, we promise we will obey the review policy, if we send free promotion code to customer, we will clearly state that we are welcome both positive and negative feedback, and let our customer disclose the fact.
13. We will not allow our staff to manipulate reviews.
14. We will not do the sales on another online website, we will only do sales LD or BD on Amazon to get more opportunities for reviews.
In the future, we promise we will obey the review policy and study the policy regularly, prohibited our staffs to ask our customer change reviews and send promotion code outside of amazon.
We know it is not allowed post prohibited reviews, so we will never do that.
If we want to increase our reviews, we will do much better quality goods and improve our service. By obeying the rule of Amazon, we do our selling honestly.
We promise to prepare enough stocks for the selling and use FBA to send all of our orders in the future. We firmly believe that we will not only provide high-quality products but also the best customer service.
